Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you'll have to send the products back to our sourcing center (shipping address will be provided via email), shipping fees must be covered by the sender. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of ordering. Cancel requests made 12 hours or more after the order was placed will be denied (shipping process will have been initiated). In that case, the customer would have to wait for the order to arrive and the initiate a return of the order to get a full refund.

If the tracking information has not been updated within 120 hours of placing the order, you are eligible for a full refund.

If your order arrived incomplete, you are eligible for a partial refund or a reshipment of the missing items free of charge. To initiate a partial refund or a reshipment of missing items please contact us at support@getsnapcam.com

Orders that are in transit cannot be refunded. If the customer requests a refund after the order has been shipped, the request will be denied. If the customer wants a refund after the order has arrived, they can send the order in it's original packaging back to us. To start a return proess, you can contact us at support@getsnapcam.com

If the order is lost (no tracking update for 30 days), the customer is eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment of the order.

Unclaimed Packages 

If the customer fails to redeem their package from the local carrier (e.g., post office or pickup point) and the package is returned to us, we do not accept refund requests. It is the customer's responsibility to track, collect, and redeem their order from the local carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
