At SnapCam, we take pride in creating high-quality products. Due to the personalised nature of some of our items, all sales are final. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns & No Refunds

All products are custom-made and uniquely designed for each customer. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for incorrect orders due to customer mistakes, such as misspellings, incorrect selections, or change of mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

You must contact us at support@getsnapcam.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

If approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product. Refunds are not issued for defective items—only replacements.

If the damage occurred due to improper handling by the customer, we will not issue a replacement.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and we cannot cancel or modify the order.

If a cancellation request is made within 12 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.
4. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or miss delivered packages.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your order, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package is lost in transit and not marked as "Delivered," we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, replacements are issued at our discretion.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
